  : The rooms were big and comfortable. The location is great close to zion square.
  : The hotel replies extremely slow to question . It is very difficult to get in touch on the numbers they give. Given the fact that there are.limited times thatbsomeone is at the reception, this should be improved

  : The location is perfect to explore the city. Realize this is not just a regular hotel, but they rent rooms only. So do not expect facilities. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. No parking, but paid parking within walking distance.
  : Next time we will chose a place with facilities (bar, commom room, breakfast). A regular hotel. But we knew this in advance.....

  : The room was really nice. The patio was great, to sit outside was nice and very quiet ! The black out curtains made it very dark and the room was a very comfortable size. Loved having the mini fridge . And the staff was very nice ! I enjoyed my stay ot was very quiet.
  : I was disappointed that the bathtub drain was broken , although the shower worked well . But I really wanted a bath. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner maybe a 9 out of 10 and the outdoor porch had a bit of a dirty floor . But in general the room was very clean .

  : The room we received was dirty. There was red stains on the cream colored curtains. There was stains on the chair. The headboard was dusty. You can tell it hasn’t been cleaned with the amount of accumulated on the headboard. Behind the bed was dust and debris. I saw and killed a silverfish bug. The bathroom had some mold and mildew stains. I contacted the proper person to have the room cleaned or get a new room and there was no one available to come clean the room and there was no other rooms available for me to be in at the same hotel. Therefore we were not able to sleep or stay at this hotel at all.

  : excellent location, staff was very friendly, clean sheets and very comfortable bed. the staff provided a new bottle of water daily. shower had awesome pressure and plenty of hot water
  : very tiny fridge and room was a lot smaller than the pictures shown online so it was a tight squeeze maneuvering around with luggage. On two nights I had to wear earplugs due to noise from outside on the street

  : There is no cutlery / bowls in the room if you have food you can not put it anywhere
