  : the appartment is great location but thats the only positive issue. communication with property was so poor,that every time I wanted to get some information I gad to contact Boocking customer service. The phone number given in the details has no connection to the property,its just a system that recieves the phone calls and send them further always telling that someone will call u back but noone actually calls. The only time someone connected with me was 2hours before check in time and asked extra 100shekels for the parking. we staying in the appartment during weekend and were looking for wifi password information,but there was no information in the appartment also noone answers you from administration. We also had a sudden pipe leack in the bathroom and also noone helped us. on the photos appartment looks nice,but when u arrive you see how dirty it is!! and they charge you extra 200shek for cleaning though!!! the towels are stinky, bedding shits were dirty and old,i. the kitchen dirty dishes and hair leftovers. its such an unpleasant experience!!!!
