  : the appartment is great location but thats the only positive issue. communication with property was so poor,that every time I wanted to get some information I gad to contact Boocking customer service. The phone number given in the details has no connection to the property,its just a system that recieves the phone calls and send them further always telling that someone will call u back but noone actually calls. The only time someone connected with me was 2hours before check in time and asked extra 100shekels for the parking. we staying in the appartment during weekend and we’re looking for wifi password information,but there was no information in the appartment also noone answers you from administration. We also had a sudden pipe leack in the bathroom and also noone helped us. on the photos appartment looks nice,but when u arrive you see how dirty it is!! and they charge you extra 200shek for cleaning though!!! the towels are stinky, bedding shits were dirty and old,i. the kitchen dirty dishes and hair leftovers…. its such an unpleasant experience!!!!

  : The location is top notch. The room and facility is functional and relatively comfortable. The building is quiet too. And feels secure.
  : The hot water system and the heater floors leave a little to be desired. Both were not working properly. The heating in the floor was on in summer and didn’t know how to turn off. Only after communication with owner was fixed. The hot water didn’t work well. These and other basics need clear English instructions. That would really help.
