  : The hotel had good breakfast and parking in city center available. It was close to the Market and city center which allowed us to walk all around without using transportation. We got a free room upgrade because of our anniversary together with complimentary breakfast which was fantastic!
  : The hotel is run down, I wont say its renovated other than the lobby and restaurant. Its not good value for money for sure. The rooms are dirty even though they say its clean. The iron provided outside of the room cannot be used as its dirty. The reception and welcoming staff is not welcome at all, not once did they greet us as we went in/out.

  : From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly smile of Saeed at the reception. Saeed not only made the check-in process a breeze but also took the time to show me around the beautiful hotel and provided me with all the information I needed to make my stay comfortable. Throughout my visit, he generously assisted me, making me feel like an absolute queen. The building itself is a masterpiece, boasting stunning architecture and a charming ambiance. The elegant and tasteful dcor added to the overall sense of luxury and sophistication. It is evident that the management has put great effort into ensuring a well-lit and inviting atmosphere, which only enhanced my stay. The location of Lady Stern Hotel couldn't have been better for me. Its proximity to the central bus and train station made it incredibly convenient for my travels around the city. As for the breakfast: the wide variety of dishes catered to all tastes, and the food was of a good quality Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to Rama, the lovely receptionist I met during my stay. Her genuine warmth and helpfulness were truly appreciated. I promised her I would return, and I will definitely keep that promise.
